For Kiss Day, we developed an interactive bot on WhatsApp that invited fans to help singer Belo compose a new song. The flow guided users through creative choices such as melody, chorus, and song excerpts, allowing each participant to co-create alongside the artist. At the end, Belo dedicated the song to someone special chosen by the user, who received an exclusive version with their personalized dedication at the official launch. The experience combined engagement and personalization, making it an exciting and memorable moment.
