20DASH conceived, designed, and operated WhatsFolia end-to-end — from bot strategy, conversational UX, and branded journeys, to data training and development. With a fun, laid-back tone, like a friend heading to the bloco, the assistant gathered schedules for blocos in São Paulo, Rio, and Salvador, maps, playlists, and tips.
With real-time event listings and weather updates, WhatsFolia turned WhatsApp itself, before and during Carnaval 2025, into the ultimate party hub: beyond guiding revelers, it opened media spaces inside the conversation and became a channel for brand activations — accessible via official link, enabling text, audio, image, and video exchanges.
