To launch the new season of Sintonia (Netflix, 02/05/2025), we created a WhatsApp bot that put fans face-to-face with one of the main characters and unlocked benefits, including early access to the first episode.
Sintonia x WhatsApp: when fandom meets the character
For the launch of the new season of Sintonia, we turned WhatsApp into the main stage for conversation between the series and its audience. The bot allowed fans to chat with one of the protagonists, prove their loyalty through challenges from the show's universe, and even unlock the first episode before its premiere—all without leaving the chat.
With 20DASH leading creative strategy, conversational UX, and development (in technical partnership with Smarters), we designed rich media journeys, safety guardrails, and official WhatsApp integrations for efficient scaling and respect for privacy.
